Refund & Return Policy

At House of Motion, every order is made specifically for you. Because many of our products feature personalized names, photos, memorial designs, and custom artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

Custom Orders

All customized and personalized products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Memorial apparel and keepsakes
  • Custom t-shirts
  • Obituary printing
  • Banners and posters
  • Blankets
  • Buttons
  • Keychains
  • Lanyards
  • Plaques
  • Any item featuring custom names, photos, dates, or personalized artwork

Please carefully review your order details, spelling, sizes, colors, and photos before approving your design.

If We Make a Mistake

We take pride in our work and stand behind every order.

If House of Motion makes an error, such as:

  • Printing the wrong size
  • Producing the wrong design
  • Using incorrect information that differs from your approved proof
  • Shipping the wrong item

We will work quickly to make it right! Our sincerest apologies.

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost as quickly as possible, or
  • Issue a House of Motion shop credit equal to the original purchase price if a replacement is not the best solution.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering. Because all apparel is custom-made, we cannot exchange or refund items ordered in the wrong size unless the incorrect size was provided by House of Motion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before design work or production has begun. Once artwork has been created, materials have been ordered, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
